The pigtail-shaped nasal biliary drainage catheter is used for temporary endoscopic drainage of the biliary duct through the narrow nasal passage.
The catheter is inserted into the bile duct through mouth and nose to conduct the radiographic diagnosis as well as the biliary drainage.
